About the Hazel Bloom

The Hazel Bloom is all about all things domestic – gardening, cooking, baking, crafting, decorating, and more.

I'm Kare, and I love nothing more than a new project around the house – be it canning salsa, turning an old thrift store castoff into a new treasure, growing a fabulous herb garden, or making a mosaic mirror out of seashells and beach glass. My home and my adventures in aspiring domestic diva-ism are very much a work in progress – it's my outlet, as I hold a full time job, attend classes, etc. etc. etc. You know what it's like.

I love this stuff, and I hope others that love this stuff as much as I do will come around to check out recipes, projects, and more – and share ideas and experiences, too!
